2027 Special Meeting: Proposed Changes to Our Governing Documents
The Board of Directors has begun preliminary planning for a Special Meeting in Summer 2027 to revisit proposed updates to the Association’s Declaration and Bylaws.
Proposed amendments
- Allow the Homeowners Association to address parking issues within the community.
- Allow the Homeowners Association to impose sanctions against homeowners who violate rules and regulations.
- Allow the Board of Directors to establish reasonable annual assessments to address the financial needs of the Association.
- Ensure architectural change requests are approved by the committee and rule changes are approved by the Board of Directors.
We need community volunteers
The Board plans to form a Voting Committee to help explain the proposed amendments and a Parking Committee to discuss community parking concerns before a policy is adopted.
