Residents and their guests must follow the Tennis Court Use Policy and all other applicable Association rules.
Guest limit
Up to three guests
A Park Summit owner or resident may bring a maximum of three guests at one time.
Permitted use
Tennis only
The courts are reserved exclusively for playing tennis.

Tennis Court Policy
The Tennis Courts are open daily from 8:00 AM until dusk. A Park Summit owner or resident is permitted a maximum of three guests on the tennis court at one time. All homeowners and residents are required to know and comply with the Tennis Court Use Policy and all other rules governing the Association.
Please be advised that the tennis court is to be used for the purpose of playing tennis only. Other ball play, skateboarding, bicycling, and other activities are not permitted on the tennis court. Pets are not permitted on the tennis court.
Tennis play is permitted
The court is provided specifically for residents and their permitted guests to play tennis during operating hours.
