Welcome to another summer at Park Summit
We are excited to welcome community members, families, and neighbors for another fun and relaxing summer together.
Registration is required only once per household unless your household information changes.

Resident access
Electronic Pool Pass System
Park Summit HOA will continue using the CellBadge electronic pool pass system for the 2026 summer pool season.
The system allows residents to check in using their name and address. A virtual ID is maintained on file instead of a physical pool pass.
Already registered?
Households registered last year do not need to register again when their household information has not changed.
New or updated household?
Complete the online registration and virtual ID process before attempting to access the pool.

Registration Process

Start online
Open the Park Summit CellBadge registration page.
- 2
Submit property information
Use the green box on the registration page to begin and submit your property information.
- 3
Complete your household list
After approval, return to the registration page and use the blue box to enter your PIN and add household members.
- 4
Complete your virtual ID
On your first pool visit, a lifeguard will take your photo for your virtual ID.

Who Can Register?
- Homeowners must complete the registration.
- Tenants may be added after the homeowner authorizes access.
- Only one household per unit may register—either the owner or the tenant.
Important deadline
Registration Deadline
New registrations and household updates must be submitted by May 15, 2026 to help ensure access for opening weekend.
Registrations received after this date will be processed as quickly as possible, but access may not be available by opening day.
Guest Policy
- Up to 4 guests are permitted per household per day.
- Guests must be accompanied by a resident age 18 or older.
- Virtual guest passes are included with household registration.
- No physical guest passes will be issued.
Pool Access Requirements
To gain access to the pool:
- You must own or reside in Park Summit.
- Your HOA assessments must be current.
- Your registration must be fully completed and approved.
Safety and conduct
Pool Rules & Guidelines
All residents and guests must follow the 2026 Park Summit Pool Rules and Guidelines.
By registering, residents confirm that they and their household members or tenants agree to follow these policies.
Important highlights
- No glass containers, alcohol, smoking, or vaping.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Proper swimwear is required.
- Food is allowed only in designated picnic areas.
- Alcohol and drugs are not allowed in the pool or picnic areas.
- Kickboards, tubes, face masks, snorkels, fins, swimming equipment, and toys are permitted only at the discretion of the lifeguards.
